My husband’s very good friend is visiting from Las Cruces, New Mexico. They’ve been friends forever.
A couple of days ago we spent a delightful day in Old Town. The weather was perfect. And it’s a fun place to walk around and get lost in the span of a beautiful day. ♡
This is the Historic Whaley House. Have you visited here before? Sometimes when we have guests from out of town, we will try to make a quick trip here. It’s a perfect day trip. And I’m Queen of day trips.♡
There’s so much to look at. I love ALL the happy colors.
One of my favorite bookstores is to the right. I could spend hours in there.
You will see an amazing selection of pottery.
And experience some wonderful Mexican cuisine.♡
I have”almost” zero self-control when it comes to eating warm handmade tortillas.
We always bring home several dozen. OMG…a true weakness of mine. And of course I have to “splatter” them with butter. (Of course)
By the end of the day, we had shared much laughter, food, and JoY.
