Every season of the year brings with it possibilities for celebration. Opportunities to celebrate old traditions and begin new ones, to enjoy each other and the lives we have been given.
For me that’s the purpose of holidays in the first place: to punctuate the year with celebration.Valentines Day is packed with possibilities for celebrating the special people in my life.♡
Over the years I’ve hosted many events on Valentines Day. Some have been more elaborate than others in planning, while others just informal gatherings with a few friends.♡
The spirit of celebration helps me to appreciate the beauty and wonder of the unfolding seasons.
