Good-bye Downton Abbey…I WILL survive. ..♡

Hello, Welcome to Marcia’s Cottage. I’m so happy to see you today my friend. ♡ Shall we have a little tea. ..♡

The Cottage will be hosting several tea parties before the NEXT season of Downton Abbey. Well it’s a good thing that I LOVE hosting. Because it will help me survive the long seasonal wait.  I had JUST adjusted to losing Matthew in Season 3, and I vowed never to forgive the writers.  (eyes welled with tears)… But then of course I did.♡

And then it seemed like it took FOREVER until season 4 arrived. Then it returned, and I was hooked again. Now it’s gone and left me once more. How will I ever survive yet another year? (Pouty face) That’s ALOT of tea parties Lady Mary.♡

I WILL survive…I WILL survive. ..I WILL survive!

Wasn’t this last episode just marvelous. I loved EVERYTHING about it.  The wonderful hats of the elegant upstairs ladies, and charming downstairs ladies. ♡

These Hats speak adorably civilized …

I too love straw hats with pretty pink flowers.

I’m so glad Daisy didn’t leave for America. She is coming into her own wonderful strong self. Oh my I’m missing everyone so much already. And it hasn’t even be one week since they left.

How will I ever survive!

The Hats, costumes, sets were all simply gorgeous. My favorite part however was the ending at the ocean.  A wonderful day of sand and surf.

I too am crazy about a day at the ocean.  Sun, surf, and fun. … count me in!

I got all teary eyed when Mrs. Hughes said to Mr.  Carson “We’re getting on. .. We can afford to live a little”  awww.. I’m wondering if you loved that part too my friend. ..I bet you did! Wise words for everyone.♡

Thank you for stopping by. Not to worry about how I will survive until the return of Downton Abbey. I have my wonderful adoring husband to help me, and many Joyful memories to be made by then. (sweet grin)

I hope you have enjoyed your visit. Have a lovely day my friend.

Xoxo. ..
